Why I started Hasbani Advisory
I spent years building strategy inside big companies. I kept seeing the same pattern: valuable analysis gathering dust in a PowerPoint, milestones that never materialized, projects that failed to deliver returns when the market or regulations changed, and competitors making moves that disrupted the strategy.
I started Hasbani Advisory to close that gap. I help deliver strategy that's grounded in the full value chain, robust enough to hold up when the market moves, competitors react, or the rules change.
Your strategy needs an execution plan. My job is to help you build one.
